Disclaimer:

              *A $300.00 refundable security deposit will be billed to your credit card at the time of your reservation.

                      * An additional 2% or ($6.00) fee will be billed to the card at the time of payment

*Apartment information will be e-mailed within 24 to 48 hours of your reservation request.

*All necessary documents must be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to our office prior to arrival.

* You agree to have AR National run a credit and background check ($25.00 fee)



Cancelation policy:

*A reservation canceled before 30 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a 100% refund.

*A cancelation within 30 days of your schedule arrival will result in the forfeit of your security deposit.

*A reservation canceled within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will result in a 100% charge of your total                    monthly rent plus your $300.00 security deposit.
